The Hollywood Reporter broke the news today that Henry Cavill will no longer play his iconic role of Superman in the DCU. His exit came after talks broke down about Cavill making a cameo appearance in their upcoming Shazam movie. It’s looking more and more like this will be one of the top issues of August 2018 since it’s currently topping the charts for advance reorders from retailers. Variety is reporting some rumors today that they have an inside source on the whole James Gunn issue. Acourding to this source, it’s looking pretty good that James Gunn will be rehired for GOTG Vol3. Earlier we posted about the fun costume Mark Hamill said he donned at SDCC to poke fun President Trump. Thanks to some cleaver sleuths on the Facebook group ‘SDCC Attendees’, we have learned in fact that it was NOT Mark Hamill in the Orange Vader costume. A few members were quick to point out that they actually sat next to this fine person when they removed the helmet and it was NOT, Mark Hamill.
